Assistant User licenses are for anyone actually using the Delpha Assistant and engaging with its recommendations to make improvements on records. Usually Sales, Marketing and Customer Success professionals. Admin User licenses are for operations (admins, architects, data stewards) that are able to set-up and configure Delpha, activate automation and large batch processing, customize or build new conversations, and define assessment fields and merge rules.
A token is a credit used for assessment, creation/enrichment of records and email insights, and can be consumed by both license types. However, deduplication requires at least one admin license and separate duplicate credits depending on how many records you want to be assessed. For example, one token is used to assess one record, but then license users can use the Assistant to cleanse and normalize all the findings and recommendations from the assessment (i.e. unlimited use of the Assistant and its recommendations after assessment).
Duplicate credits are required for deduplication. You will need as many credits as you want for records that you wish to be assessed and scored throughout your database. These aren’t a one-time consumption, they define the volume size you wish to assess for duplicates. For example, if you have 10,000 accounts you want to be assessed for duplicates, then you will need 10,000 credits.
