Germain Bourgeois is a seasoned SaaS entrepreneur and the CEO and Co-Founder of Delpha, an AI-driven solution designed to ensure accurate, reliable customer data and drive revenue performance. With a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from École Polytechnique, Germain’s expertise in Artificial Intelligence dates back to 1993, when he co-founded ADESOFT, an AI-powered scheduling software used by the DoD and global enterprises.

Prior to founding Delpha in 2020, Germain spent nearly 15 years in executive leadership at Assima, serving as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Sales & Marketing, where he scaled productivity software for the world’s largest organizations. Now based in New York, he is a dedicated advocate for RevOps excellence and SaaS growth—though he is equally passionate about exploring the world's oceans as an avid scuba-diver.
